Error when multiple people try to access the TABQUIK database on a network server.

TABQUIK uses a data (or text) file, not a database, and is therefore not shareable. Consider creating a folder for each user in the TABQUIK directory, their home location or their local hard drive. Make a copy of the design files for each user and direct the project to their folder. Make sure they have Full Control permissions to that folder.
